"Innocent question gone wrong" of the day

What do monkey nuts taste like?

I was referring to the boiled sweet that tastes (apparently) like peanuts, although asking this question in the context of the situation I was in (an office environment) was clearly a schoolboy error.

Yarghh.

Pain like no other.

This post is in jest. Sort of. A bit.

Women are always saying about how painful childbirth is, and how painful some periods can be, to the point of them passing out.

Fair enough, being stretched to that sort of capacity internally is going to chafe a bit.

However, I believe that the male of the species has an equally incapacitating pain.

That pain is being hit in the nuts.

Any man will agree that even though women (reportedly in some cases) have a higher pain threshold, they don't have the balls to try being hit there. Literally.

Because they're more prone than those of a lady, we're more open to attack from various circumstances. One of which happened to me just the other day.

There I was, sat in my office chair happy as Larry, working like a good worker-bee should.

Ikea chairs are not the easiest to remain comfortable on, and as a result I shifted my position slightly.

This was a schoolboy error that involved a certain part of my anatomy being tucked under my leg, and me sitting on my right nut.

It was only a brief and slight amount of pressure, no more than a finger poking someone in the arm. However, for that brief amount of time and pressure, I was completely incapacitated. I had difficulty breathing, my vision became blurry, and I had to physically lean forward with no control over my posture.

It took me nearly four minutes to recover from this.

After approximately thirty minutes, I shifted position and did exactly the same thing again on exactly the same nut.

Five minutes recovery this time. A feeling of wanting to curl into the foetal position and cry like a little girl.

Pain like no other, I can assure you.
