Mutant Account Managers

Before I start and seeing that some people who read this blog know some account managers, I had better point out that this post is mostly in jest, and I acknowledge that some account managers are human beings.

Some however, are not. Everybody knows at least one account manager who'll charm anybody under the sun given half a chance.

Your company could've just taken a dump on a company's document, faxed it to them and convinced them it's just the kind of faecal matter that could boost their profits and general wellbeing.

This description paints a picture of a species not known to that of man. A super-species that can charm their way out of a snake-pit of business armed only with a propaganda pistol. I'm just waiting to find out if they really are aliens.

Granted, they don't look like the stereotypical image of an alien. They're usually much more attractive, and can command the attention of clients purely by fixing them with the mesma-stare, and telling them that their tie looks really good on them with a degree of sincerity thought only to be theoretically possible within the laws of science.

I don't know what planet they came from, and I don't know what their purpose on this planet is, but alien account managers; we salute you!
