Reading material.... On the train!
Yes folks, another train blog because that's where I'm spending most of my time.
I was sat down this morning looking at what people are reading. It really does reflect their personality, but not in the transparent way that I think that they expect you to interpret.
For example, one chap was reading a book called "Learn Chinese in 24 hours". But he kept looking at others to see if they noticed that he was reading it.
Another woman read a magazine with the headline "Lose weight without exercising!". She wasn't looking around.
Another chap had a laptop that James Bond used in his latest film. He kept raising one eyebrow to look mildly puzzled and then guaging people's reactions. Another chap with a laptop's screen was visible to me, but he just kept re-sizing a window.
Maybe I should bring my guitar on board. Pretend nobody's watching and belt out "Hello" by Lionel Richie.
That'll impress 'em.
