Am I losing my indieness?

Every morning I wake up with an even smaller interest in the world of new music. Every day bands seem to spring up that emulate the last. Another Bloc Party. Another Busted. Another eighties pop song with a badly produced beat behind it.

Am I just not noticing the subtle nuances that make one band radically different from the last, or is demand being met by ridiculous amounts of supply?

Maybe I should just start getting into Bhangra.
